now and the love Is gone. She has moved on and has little communication with me.

    • Mike,
It sounds like you have had a very difficult journey. It sounds to me like your wife has abandoned you and moved on. It is up to you to see if she is willing to reconcile and pursue a relationship with you. I think you need to make sure that your heart is in the right place and you have fully exhausted all options for reconciliation before you move on. If she has no desire to return to the relationship and you guys move forward with a divorce I would be really careful to guard your heart that you dont fall into sexual sin or become filled with anger or resentment. That being said, if the marriage is at an end and the divorce has become final, the Bible has no restrictions on remarriage. In fact the Bible prefers that people get married if they still have passion and desire not to be alone. I think that the way you pursue your future spouse and are a one woman man who shepherds your wife well is the defining characteristics of whether you are going to be honoring God or not. God wants you to be someone who honors him and if that is the posture of your heart, he will be pleased with you.

  2. Mike,
I recently got out of a relatonship of 3 years. I proposed to my then girlfriend and she said “no”. I have been heart broken and been carrying anxiety over this. I was recently given your book “What Do You Do With Your Wait”. I wanted to thank you for the time and effort you put into this book. This book with its lessons has helped me realize God is willing and able to lead me during the “wait” to get over a broken heart and anxious feelings and lead me to bigger and better things!

    • Brandon,
Thanks for writing. I am so glad that God used this book to make a difference in your life. I hope you will find what God is leading you toward. God has a plan for you and your life and I know that he will lead you as you listen.
